Spiritual Direction is a conversation that brings our attention to God-activity.

In this ancient practice, spiritual directors are able to listen deeply, present both to you and to God with you, as you share questions and ponderings, reflect on current life events, explore and discern decisions, and listen for God’s invitations. A spiritual director has been trained to hold space for your story and your emotions, and to make obversations and ask questions that deepen your attention to God.
