Our Rest + Return mini-retreats are designed to give you space to connect with God corporately and individually. Whether you are new, experienced, or simply curious about contemplative spiritual practices, all are invited to join us for a morning of slowing down, remembering,
and resting in the generous life Jesus offers.

Because of this, our speaking and teaching style is infused with pauses for scripture meditation, reflection, and prayer. Our work as Spiritual Directors draws us to intimate and interactive speaking opportunities.
